1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup milk
3 cups whole oats
1 1/2 cups quick oats
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9″ by 13″ baking dish. In a mixing bowl whisk together oil, brown sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and milk. Stir in oats. Bake for 30 minutes
